Beacon Hill Bed and Breakfast invites you to book your accommodations with us when visiting the Kemah Bay Area for business or pleasure. Whether you are traveling on business, a couple looking for a unique retreat or a family looking for a fun filled vacation, we would be happy to serve your lodging needs.
We offer southern hospitality to make your stay in our waterfront B&B a pleasant experience. As the only B&B located on the water, you have the added advantage of waterfront recreation at your door step. A full, hot country style breakfast is served in our common area sunroom overlooking Clear Lake. Or, if you prefer to stay in your pjs, we are happy to bring a breakfast tray to your room, when given a 24 hour notice. You will be in the middle of it all, as your lodging on Clear Lake is in a private, comfortable home-away-from-home atmosphere, conveniently located on the main thoroughfare of NASA Parkway (formally known as NASA Rd. 1), two miles from the Kemah Boardwalk and NASA Space Center Houston. All bedrooms are separate from each other and none share a common wall. Each has its own private, spacious bathroom with tub and shower combinations. Make us your home base, halfway between Houston and Galveston.
Extended stays are easily accommodated in one of our fully furnished Guest Houses, also referred to as Vacation Homes, located throughout Seabrook, with some featuring water views. These guest houses are comfortable for families, ranging from one to four bedrooms and are fully furnished with fully equipped kitchens that feature full size refrigerators. Linens and towels are provided and replenished on a weekly basis. Call for availability based on your preferred check-in and check-out dates. Rentals are available for daily, weekly and monthly rates. Monthly rates for stays of 30 days or more qualify for exemption from the hotel occupancy tax.
This site contains photos and descriptions of the B&B amenities, from bedrooms and baths, to event space, and everything in between such as services, hot deals and coming attractions. The B&B property covers about two acres of manicured event lawn, a long fishing pier with sun and shade decks at the end. This is the perfect location to check in and let your stress check out, as you indulge in the sea breeze and lull your senses with the lapping of the water. Reservations can be made over the phone, or you can leave an email request that will be promptly answered.
The B&B is original to the 1930s, built as a summer home by wealthy Houstonians seeking to escape the heat of downtown Houston. The B&B has undergone renovations for your comfort, allowing you to enjoy the same benefits the original owners were seeking – the relaxing sea breeze and soothing sounds of the lapping water. We are happy to enrich your stay by recommending restaurants, some in walking distance, and other points of interest that are suitable for all ages.
