Booking and Cancellation Policy

A minimum rate equal to one night’s lodging is required to confirm a reservation, and 50% on stays of 3 or more nights; which is guaranteed until 6pm; after that, an explicit time of arrival should be agreed upon. There are no refunds for holidays, holiday weeks, special events, late arrival or early departure. *Cancel 2 weeks in advance for full refund less $25; within 2 weeks, refund less $25 only if space can be rebooked. There is a $40 per hour clean up fee for use of guest house kitchens (applies to B&B kitchen only if contracted) if not left as clean and in order as found, including but not limited to appliances, dishes, smoke, cooking and/or pet odors. Our policy is to adhere to the City of Seabrook NO SMOKING ordinance. For the safety and comfort of all of our guests, we do not allow smoking or candle burning in any of our guest rooms. Courteous smoking is permitted outside only, at a minimum of 25 foot away from entry doors. Guests smoking in the house will be charged a minimum fee of $200 to return any room(s) to a no-smoking status. * In order to offer discounted rates and special rates, we must make this a non-refundable rate. If you choose to cancel this reservation, you will not be refunded any of the payment.

Reservations may be made over the phone or by email, using a credit card.

Check, cash and cashier check is accepted. Confirmation is made upon payment.

Guest booking accommodations must be a minimum of 21 years old.

There is a two night minimum stay for holidays, weekends and special events. --Please note that a change in either the length or the dates of your reservation may result in a rate change.

Discounted rates and Special rates are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel this reservation, you will not be refunded any of the payment.

DIRECTIONS & LOCATION

From IAH Airport: take JFK South to Beltway 8 East. Remain on Beltway 8 until you drive over the Houston Ship Channel Bridge and then immediately exit to Hwy. 225 East. Take Hwy. 146 South to NASA Parkway (NASA Road 1), turn RIGHT, travel 1.5 miles to Beacon Hill Guest House B&B on LEFT. Turn onto gravel driveway and park under lighted carport. You will see a curving brick walkway leading to the B&B building in front of you. Check in and let us check out your stress.

From Hobby Airport: take a RIGHT out of the Hobby Airport, toward I-45 South. If picking up a rental car, proceed to I-45 South, take a RIGHT and enter the I-45 freeway. Exit NASA Parkway Bypass (Exit 24) to the RIGHT. Travel 6.5 miles to Beacon Hill B&B, on the RIGHT. Note: Do not look for street numbers until you pass the Hilton Hotel. Travel another 2 miles, Beacon Hill B&B is on the RIGHT. If you pass the LaQuinta Hotel, across the street from us, you went too far. Pull onto the gravel driveway and park under the lighted carport, facing the B&B just beyond the curving brick walkway.

From Beltway 8 South & I-45 interchange: traveling East, CROSS I-45 and take next exit to RIGHT marked "LAST FREE EXIT". Stay on feeder road. At traffic light, turn RIGHT onto Genoa/Red Bluff. This is a two lane road that leads to Red Bluff Road where you turn RIGHT, onto a divided highway. Travel through about 3 traffic lights. After you cross Bay Area Blvd., the next traffic light is KIRBY DRIVE, turn RIGHT and travel until it dead ends on NASA Parkway, turn LEFT and travel about 1 mile. Beacon Hill Resort sign is blue and white on the RIGHT (on the lake). Landmark (LaQuinta is just past us on the left). Pass Beacon Hill sign and turn RIGHT. Pull onto the gravel driveway, park under the lighted carport, facing the B&B just beyond the curving brick walkway.

From Points East of Houston: From I-10 West, exit Hwy. 146 South, travel through Baytown and LaPorte to Seabrook. Turn RIGHT onto NASA Parkway travelling west, (originally NASA Rd. 1, on maps and still posted in some places), travel 1.5 miles and look for the blue/white lighted Beacon Hill Resort sign on the LEFT, on Clear Lake. (Landmark: just past LaQuinta Hotel. It will be on your right, we are on the left.)

From Points North of Houston: Follow the directions given for “From IAH Airport” to avoid rush-hour traffic. Otherwise, travel I-45 South, Exit NASA Bypass (Exit 24) to the RIGHT. Travel 6.5 miles to Beacon Hill B&B. Note: Do not look for street numbers until you pass the Hilton Hotel, then travel 2 more miles to the lighted, blue/white Beacon Hill Resort sign, on the RIGHT. Pull onto the gravel driveway and park under the lighted carport, facing the B&B just beyond the curving brick walkway.

From Points West of Houston: Follow the directions for “Beltway 8 South & I-45.
